Which pots are best for outdoor plants?
The Vogue & Vine range of outdoor pots is vast and includes:

- Lightweight troughs for boundary privacy planting near fences.
Do outdoor planters & pots need drainage?
We recommend all outdoor pots have drainage holes installed so that water doesn’t accumulate over time.
Water leakage and tile staining can be an issue in areas where there is no drainage such as small Sydney balconies. This should be taken into account when selecting outdoor pots and plants for these spaces.
What are the best outdoor plant pots for balcony gardens?
Balcony gardens are generally compact spaces.
We recommend taller cylindrical pots from our Tower range. These are the most space effective pots and work well in compact outdoor areas.
Along outdoor walls, we recommend narrow outdoor troughs or planters that won’t take up much space. The Vogue & Vine Trough Range is perfect for these areas.
Sometimes balconies are restricted in their weight load capacity- so we recommend lightweight pots such as GRC or fibreglass mix.
What are the best courtyard pots for small Sydney gardens?
Many Sydney courtyards are compact spaces – especially in the inner City or inner West.
We recommend narrow troughs for boundary planting that can be utilised for privacy screening plants. These are often complemented with smaller circular feature pots with plants.
Clusters of pots create a designer look for a medium sized Sydney balcony or courtyard using different pots varying in height and shape. This serves as the perfect foundation for modern outdoor pot plants – creating the ideal small garden design.
What is the best way to protect lightweight pots?
An internal bitumen sealer improves the overall pot strength by sealing the inside and protecting against naturally occurring efflorescence.
Internal sealing is an option on all the Vogue & Vine ranges.
